This online retail startup wanted to take on the giants. We developed a campaign that would earn them praise as a disruptor and blow a hole for them in the market. We identified the competitions weaknesses and amplified them as HOB Homecare's strengths. We developed a tightly scripted narrative that focussed on all the key messages but made it happen organically in an entertainment TV style so that it felt personal in a way that the competition would always struggle to be. This is the full length website version but the constructed reality TV set up was orchestrated to provide lots of social media optimised content edits.

Transparency at the point of purchase is now critical and by applying creative we framed this product demo so as not to lose momentum in the sales process. Most walkthroughs, demos, and explainer videos in the Saas space are faceless animations that make it seem easier than it is and people are wise to it. Having been pulled in by a striking advert (featuring the same character) the next touchpoint needed to be completely transparent about how the application actually functions which of course could have been quite dry. We used it to reinforce the value story and maintain connection to the human world instead of using slick animations that are clearly not what the app is going to be like.

How do you get people to adopt a new technology when they love the old one so much? You focus on the values that will never change and showcase your ideal customer even more satisfied. We told a bigger story for CANON in documentary form but most people would have seen the instagram reels that divulged the ethos in 10 seconds to a much bigger targeted audience.

Joy isn't listed in specs, for that there's user experience. Testimonials are great but showcasing your ideal customer profile is really powerful.
